Parameters:

	pointer	Valid ImageResource returned by t3lib_stdgraphic::imageCreateFromFile
	integer	X-Coordinate of the pixel that should be checked
	integer	Y-Coordinate of the pixel that should be checked

Returns:

string HEX RGB value for color
